Vice President of Global Human Resources

Connie Ma is vice president of global Human Resources at Trend Micro. In her role, Ma leads the company’s efforts in creating a collaborative work environment that builds employee engagement and inspires customer-centric innovation.

Since joining Trend Micro in 2002, Ma has overseen organizational changes, built up the global Human Resources team and successfully implemented HR initiatives. Ma’s direction and strategies in developing people and global talents have contributed to her success. In 2007, Ma was promoted to her current position as vice president of global Human Resources.

Ma has over 24 years of HR experience working in diverse industries with various company cultures. Prior to joining Trend Micro, Ma held several senior HR managerial positions at Applied Biosystems, NCR Corporation and AT&T Corporation.

Ma holds an EMBA from Taiwan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Soochow University.
