Mitchel Chang

Vice President of Global Technical Support
Mitchel Chang, vice president of Global Technical Support, is currently responsible for Trend Micro’s global technical support and the site executive for the Philippines TrendLabs operations. Chang joined Trend Micro in 2003 as the director of North America Technical Support and was promoted as the head of worldwide enterprise technical support and premium service programs in January 2006. Under Chang’s leadership, technical support teams won multiple support and service recognitions, such as The Service and Support Professionals Association (SSPA) Star Award for being one of the most innovated enterprise support organizations in the world. In January 2007, Chang was promoted to vice president of Global Technical Support.
Chang has over 20 years of technical services and management experience in the IT security and electronic automation industry. Prior to Trend Micro, Chang was the vice president of Worldwide Technical Support and Services at Resilience Corporation. Before Resilience Corporation, Chang was the senior director of Developer Solutions at RSA Security where he was responsible for worldwide systems engineering and strategic alliances. Previously, Chang has held various management roles at Cadence Design Systems and Texas Instrument.
Chang holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University
