VP Corporate Development, GM Incubation Business Unit

Punit Minocha, vice president of Corporate Business Development and general manager of Trend Micro's Incubation Business, is responsible for Trend Micro's overall mergers and acquisitions as well as driving new growth businesses for the company.

Punit has over 15 years of experience in product development, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Trend Micro, Punit was director of business development at Nexsi, an early-stage Internet security company. Before joining Nexsi, Punit spent several years at Intel where he worked in several roles including product development, marketing and business development. He was a key member of Intel's microprocessor design team working on the Pentium, Pentium II and Itanium. He joined Trend Micro in May 2002.

Minocha holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, an MBA from the Hass School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
