Description:

Independently audit of software process compliance and feedback to JM, GJM, and VP of Product Development
Participating the project planning, reviews, monitoring, and provide suggestions of corrective actions
Represent the process personnel to help JM/GJM tailoring the Engineering/Product Development process when necessary
Help establishing quality goal and provide visibility of the real quality status and product status
Establish the SQA plan with the JM/GJM, and own the execution of SQA plan
Identify the areas for process improvement and make recommendations
Improve the product quality over time through the process maturity
Education and training of Trend Development Process and best practices

Requirements:

MS/BS in Computer Science or related field
7+ years experience in software development industry, and 3+ year in SQA or Project Management areas are required
3+ years experience in software development process, software product lifecycle model, and quality management are desired
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience with software organizational benchmarking, metrics, and process improvement
Knowledge of software tools, methodology, and best practices
Software engineering or SEI CMM knowledge a plus
Ability to analyze postmortem reports and project execution results to identify improvement areas and make proper recommendations
Strong inter-person skills such as communication and coordination among functional groups and product development teams
