Description:

Will provide high quality technical solutions on simple-to-complex issues reported by our clients globally. Will work closely with software development teams, network security experts, and other engineering groups in identifying and resolving technical problems. Will develop and expand working knowledge on software and/or network security by attending/conducting technical trainings and seminars.

Note: This position is for United States, Asia, and Europe Technical Support Centers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, ECE, or Computer Information Technology course or equivalent
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience, contact center background would be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fast-learner, agile, dynamic, energetic and customer service-driven
