Description:

Will research, compile and package relevant information in preparation for current awareness services and live correspondence with internal and external customers. Will provide day-to-day support to technical writer team, which maintains the Trend Micro Virus Encyclopedia.

Requirements:

  • Young, energetic, and creative
  • Familiar with the Web and surrounding technology
  • Strong and confident technical and creative writer in English
  • Confident English speaker
  • With knowledge in HTML and use of WYSIWYG editors
  • Available and willing to work on shifting schedules (required)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Communication, English or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Technical Writing, Editing, Journalism
  • Preferred skill(s): Photoshop, PageMaker, Acrobat, Flash, Robohelp
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Preferred language(s): Chinese
  • A plus if candidates has written professionally or has been published articles in print media
