The following requirements apply to IM Security 1.5, now in beta and expected to be available Q3, 2008. Customers with IM Security 1.0 will be offered a free upgrade to the new version.

  • 1GB of free disk space

  • Microsoft™ Windows™ Server 2003 with Service Pack 1 (32-bit)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 2 (32-bit / 64-bit)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 with Service Pack 2 (32-bit / 64-bit)

Office Communications Server Platforms

  • Microsoft™ Office Communications Server 2007 (Front End Server), Standard or Enterprise

Additional Requirements

  • Microsoft™ Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 or Apache Web Server 2.0.6
  • Java Virtual Machine Version JRE 5.0 or 6.0
  • Any Java-enabled web browser that supports frames, such as Microsoft™ Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0
